Q42:What's the difference between T568A and T568B wiring schemes?
A42:The only difference is the pin assignments for-pairs 2 and 3 are
reversed.TIA recommends using TS68A scheme because it is compatible with
USOC 4-wire scheme, but performance-wise it makes no difference. Either
wiring scheme can be used, just make sure to stay consistent.
