All the Intelligent patch panels or E-panels can be managed by IMU. It supports 24 RJ45 ports in 1U rack space. Each port is equipped with LED indicator which shows the patching status through flashing during connection. The 9th pin and 10th pin of RJ45 is used for the transmission of patching information. At the right of the panels, there are two LED with red and green light indicator that shows the panel type. At the back of the panels, standard 110 IDC connection is used, supporting both T568A and T568B. There is PCB protection for 110 installation. A 8-pin RJ45 module is located at the center of back panel for connection with IMU.

LED is available in two modes:
• Slow flashing: Slow flashing indicates that the port needs to be connected or disconnected by the patch cord. If the port is empty, it indicates that connection is required; if the port is connected, it indicates that the port needs to be disconnected)
• Fast flashing: Fast flashing is a port alarm indication, indicating that the port is illegally connected or disconnected.
